Join Acasta at the PI Futures Conference

25th September at Old Trafford Cricket Ground

We are delighted to announce we will be exhibiting at the PI Futures conference, by Legal Futures, in September 2019. The event is being held at Old Trafford Cricket ground on the 25th September 2019.

The conference has been running since 2013 and is described as a must-attend for personal injury lawyers, and those who need to keep up to date with the raft of reforms, changes and challenges in this sector.

With the ongoing changes and reforms occurring within the PI market, the event will give delegates an informed opinion on what to expect. By the time of the event, we will only be a few months away from the Civil Liability Bill and small claims reforms. Therefore, the event will give information and advice on how to deal with the reforms. As well delegates will have the opportunity to network and share their views on the reforms.

Our ATE underwriting team will be at the event, in the seminars as well as manning our exhibition stand. The team includes in-house solicitors and ILEX members, so they will also be able to offer their informed opinion on the changes.

The team will also be readily available to discuss any ATE insurance requirements you may have. We write ATE insurance for our online portal and on a bespoke basis. This ensures your can offer your client the protection they need. Our personal injury ATE covers a range of case types, including:

Road Traffic Accidents
Accidents at Work
Occupiers Liability
Public Liability
Housing Disrepair
Noise Induced Hearing Loss
Repetitive Strain Injury
Respiratory Disease

On top of our PI ATE insurance, we also provide bespoke cover to suit a range of case types. These include Commercial Litigation, Clinical Negligence and Insolvency. Additionally, we can review a range of other case types. You can read more about them here.

If you are attending the conference, please pop over to speak to a member of our team about what ATE solutions we can offer you. You can read more about the conference here.
