Senior Marketing Executive Job Description

Key purpose of the role

To assist the Head of Operations and Marketing with marketing campaigns and organising events, as well as help to build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.

 

Key Accountabilities

• In charge of content creation across social media and emails.
• Managing the maintenance of the websites, including writing blogs, SEO and ensuring they are up to date.
• Plan and deliver inbound and outbound campaigns in line with the company plan.
• Lead on the development of our brand identity, tone of voice and messaging.
• Represent the company and our brand in the industry as required.
• Creating and developing company documents for internal and external use.
• Assisting in organising hospitality and marketing events.
• Assisting different teams in helping to improve processes within the business and for the clients.
• Liaising with current and potential clients, maintaining, and developing relationships as well as looking for opportunities to cross-sell products.
• Maintain continuous professional development within the marketing and insurance arena to ensure all relevant news or updates are acted on appropriately.

 

Skills and Characteristics Required

• Proven track record creating various short- and long-form content.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website management.
• Experience managing social media.
• Basic understanding of the Adobe suite or Canva with experience in design.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of the Google suite.
• Experienced and confident in dealing with partners/suppliers via email, phone and face-to-face.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication.
• Needs to have great organisational skills and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience creating and delivering comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• Enthusiasm, positivity, and a solution-focused mentality.

 

Experience

Essential
• GCSEs A* – C in Maths and English.
• 3 years of experience working in a marketing role.
• Experience in managing projects and budgets.
Desirable
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience of working in a regulated environment.
• Experience working within a B2B environment.
• A degree or qualification in marketing or a similar line of business.

Remote Working

Will be required to be in the office full time during the training period, and 2 days in the office with 3 days working from home thereafter.

 

Days/hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

 

Holidays

20 Days + Bank Holidays + 1 day for your birthday.
1 day is added each complete year of working for Acasta Europe with a maximum of 25 days.
