Whether you have experience or are just starting out, we’re open to applicants who are passionate, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll oversee the product inbox, responding to internal queries and coordinating with different departments to keep things running smoothly.
- Conduct and peer-review fair value assessments, making sure our products deliver what they promise and meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in product governance reviews, where your insights will help drive ongoing product improvements.
- Draft and update target market statements, ensuring our products align with customer needs based on your data analysis.
- Track how our intermediaries meet regulatory and contractual obligations, ensuring everything adheres to 2nd Line of Defence guidance.
- As the first point of contact for internal new business requests, you’ll work closely with teams across Underwriting, Claims, Data, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure smooth handovers.
- You’ll coordinate new business distribution to the underwriting team, keeping key stakeholders updated on progress and developments.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While experience is a plus, what’s most important is your enthusiasm to learn and your commitment to making an impact.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising work effectively.
- A basic understanding of insurance products and regulations is a bonus but not essential.
- Familiarity with MS Office and data analysis tools.
Desired (but not required):
